The hotel is situated in a perfect location, just a short walk from the old city offering great accessibility to tourist attractions and shopping options. The rooms are small but cozy and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, though they may be slightly smaller than usual. The service was exceptional, with staff being knowledgeable about Innsbruck and eager to assist with a genuine warmth. On the downside, dining comes at an additional cost, priced at 15 €, but the variety and quantity justify the price. The location, despite not being the greatest, is enhanced by the helpfulness of the front desk team in the beautiful capital of Innsbruck. The hotel provides lovely facilities and home-made pastry offerings, adding a personal touch to the experience.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were individually designed and made my business trip an absolute pleasure, equipped with everything we needed like a safety locker, free wifi, coffee machine, and a comfortable bed. The service was outstanding, with a friendly and helpful staff who were always there to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, central with stunning views and close to the old city center. The dining experience was outstanding, offering classic Italian dishes that were truly amazing. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great amenities and service.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-prepared our room was upon our early arrival, though it was a tad smaller than expected. The view of the surrounding mountains from our room was simply breathtaking, but I felt the room prices were a bit high for what was offered.
